Audi A5 S-Line Sportsback
Despite needing to slash his monthly costs, our client didn’t want to compromise on style or functionality. He reluctantly downgraded from an A5, but we stepped in and turned that necessity into an opportunity, landing a smarter, more affordable option that still delivered on quality and looks. We took care of sourcing and storage; he handled insurance. Volkswagen Polo R Line
Our client had worked with us before but couldn’t commit. She was anxious, hunting for the ideal car that would help her elderly mother get in and out easily. She refused to compromise on the essentials, especially if she was paying a premium for a prestige brand she wanted perfection.
We told her: “No pressure. We’ll find the right one. Even if it takes a little longer” It took a few weeks, but we delivered on our promise. Mercedes Benz CLE Coupe
He’d only had the car under a year, bought new from a main dealer on a 4 year finance agreement, but life changed fast. Facing the prospect of leaving the country, he was stuck: the car was worth less than he owed. No desire to pay negative equity, just a clean exit.

Triumph Street Triple 765 RS
Our client, based two to three hours away, had never bought a motorcycle remotely and he was wary, but couldn't resist our professional photos and competitive price. Distance, family and work kept him from visiting our London office, and after dealing with a local main dealer who didn’t put in the effort, he decided to deal with us because of our professional approach. He gave us a chance. We listened, we pitched, and we closed. We struck an outstanding deal, arranged delivery of his new Triumph, and picked up his trade‐in. The motorcycle exceeded his expectations and he was very impressed with the experience.

KTM 790 S Adventure
He’d cherished his KTM but space was tight, and he needed it gone. He simply asked, "What’s the best price?” His local shop matched made a good offer, we didn’t just match it, we raised it. We saw the bike’s condition through a video walk-around and knew it was worth more. So we offered a better deal and closed on the same day.
He rode it one last time to our London office. From drop‑off to payment, we handled every detail, swiftly, no fuss. No back and forth, no delays, just one final ride and a seamless handover.

Triumph Speed Twin
Our client had owned and ridden his KTM from new covering nearly 20,000 miles over four years, which was quite high for a Triumph Bonneville but impressive given the bike’s full service history with a Triumph dealer and excellent upkeep.
Our client expressed he simply didn’t have the time to sell privately and was referred to us by a friend who had used our services before. After giving his motorcycle a thorough clean and polish, we advertised it and sold it within a month. The convenience we offered, (handling every aspect of the sale) was exactly what he wanted. He ended up getting more than he would have if he’d sold it back to the dealer, and was left satisfied with our services.

Mercedes-Benz A Class
Our client had her car from new and was approaching her final PCP payment. She reached out to the dealer who sold her the car, only to be offered significantly less than what similar models were fetching online for the same age and mileage.
We arranged an appointment to review her options and inspect the vehicle. Based on current market trends we advised that a direct cash offer would still fall short. Instead, we recommended a consignment arrangement as the best way to maximise her return.
Thanks to our market analytics, we estimated it could take up to 90 days to secure a sale, but she had the flexibility and trusted us to manage everything. In just over six weeks, we found a buyer. Even better, we helped her reclaim some of her initial deposit from the PCP agreement, which she then used toward sourcing her new car, a service we were happy to facilitate given the foundation in trust we built.

Markets can spike and crash. The Audi Q5 was always a very desirable SUV vehicle. Offering the sporty sleek look while being practical and spacious for an average family. However our client had a struggle selling their car privately and had it advertised for over 1 year online. As they wasn't in a rush to sell and was a reluctant decision they was happy to wait for the right price to sell. However, having to spend money on annual maintenance and running costs it just didn't make sense to keep. So we made them a competitive offer and collected the car the next day. A simple transaction with smooth a smooth outcome.

Mercedes-Benz E Class
Wrapping a car completely for paint protection and personalisation is uncommon and often costly. Even though it's done by relatively few, those who do seek absolute satisfaction with their vehicle. Yet, a full wrap can raise concerns among potential buyers, who may suspect it’s concealing underlying damage.
In this case, we leveraged our expertise to assess the vehicle thoroughly. We could tell the wrap was professionally applied, saw clear evidence it had been done from new, and examined the bodywork in-person, finding no anomalies beneath the film. Armed with this confidence, we marketed the car accurately and secured a sale at above market value. Our client benefited from a smoother process than selling privately and ended up with more money than he anticipated. As a bonus, the sale led to referrals and we helped several of his family members buy and sell vehicles since.

Royal Enfield Himalayan
Royal Enfields have surged in popularity recently, thanks to compelling deals and accessible pricing. These bikes often serve as stepping stones for riders working toward something more premium.
One of our clients, based in Southend‑on‑Sea, struggled to sell his motorcycle despite its appeal, surface corrosion was putting buyers off. We reached out through his ad, arranged an appointment, and negotiated a fair purchase price.
Upon inspection, though, the bike was well maintained, just in need of a deep clean and a touch‑up on a few bolts. Once we revitalised its appearance, we advertised it and sold it to a new rider who intended to use it for commuting and commented he never saw such a well maintained motorcycle of that age and mileage and he had seen a few before committing to purchasing ours.

Yamaha MT-07 ABS
The Yamaha MT‑07 has become a favourite—especially among new riders—thanks to its engaging ride, accessible pricing, and head-turning aesthetics. A recent article highlights how it’s both “a beginner-friendly naked bike… great for new riders,” yet remains fun for seasoned motorcyclists, reaffirming its long-standing reputation in its class.
Our client, a novice in his early phase as a rider, had a clear vision of the perfect motorcycle. We suggested and sourced an ideal MT‑07 for him from a seller in Devon who, understanding our professionalism, agreed to deliver the bike to our London location to facilitate the deal. We reviewed it through video and scrutinised the service records to ensure everything matched our client’s expectations.
After a few phone calls, the deal was sealed and as a gesture of goodwill, we even offered to buy the seller breakfast for his smooth cooperation. On collection day, our client met the seller, and we walked him through every aspect to reassure him he was in good hands. Blissfully ecstatic with his purchase, he settled everything on the spot and everyone walked away happy.

Suzuki V-Strom
This customer intended to purchase a Multistrada V4 and visited his local Ducati dealer but the company policy prevented them from taking in non‑Ducati trade‑ins. Fortunately, the sales executive directed him to us advising we would be happy to make him an offer and take the motorcycle of his hands.
We spoke with him about his 2017 Suzuki V‑Strom, which he’d owned from new. Since the dealership was just a five-minute drive from our office, we agreed to meet there, appraise the bike, and make him an offer on the spot.
We did just that and coordinated the collection for the same day he picked up his brand-new Ducati. The client was thrilled with how effortless the transaction was.
