Accesibility Statement

Our Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 14/08/2025

At DBH Vehicle Consultants, we’re committed to making sure everyone can access and enjoy our services, whether that’s visiting our website, contacting us, or buying/selling a vehicle in person.

Our Aim

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and follow the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 where applicable. While we’re not a public body, we believe accessibility is simply good customer service.

How we make our site and services accessible

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also taken the following steps:

  • Clear, easy-to-read text with strong colour contrast

  • Navigation that works with both mouse and keyboard

  • Alt text for meaningful images

  • Mobile-friendly layouts

  • Plain language wherever possible

When You Visit Third-Party Sites or Dealers

Sometimes we may link you to, or arrange visits with, third-party websites or vehicle dealers as part of our service. While we work hard to partner with businesses who share our commitment to accessibility, we can’t control or guarantee the accessibility standards of these external sites or locations.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers when dealing with a third party we’ve recommended, please let us know. We’ll do our best to assist you, pass on your feedback, and, where possible, suggest an alternative that better suits your needs.

We kindly encourage all our customers to tell us if they need any further assistance at any stage of the process so we can make things easier for them at all times.

Known areas for improvement

We’re always working to improve, but you may notice:

  • Some third-party content (e.g., embedded maps or forms) may not be fully accessible

  • Older documents or PDFs may not meet current accessibility standards

  • Some videos may not yet have captions or transcripts

If you encounter any problems, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fix them or offer an alternative.
